Somerset Printer Profiles
Profiles give you the opportunity to get accurate colour out of your printer, paper and ink combination. There are two different types of profile available: custom profiles which are made specifically for you, and which a cost will be involved, and generic profiles that are freely available.
Custom Profiles
For the optimum results out of your printer, paper and ink combination, there is no substitute for a custom made profile for your individual workstation. A number of companies offer this service including resellers of Somerset Enhanced.
Generic Profiles
These offer a good starting point, although not as good as a custom made profile. Generic profiles like those offered below, offer a profile for a hardware, paper and ink combination. However it is worth bearing in mind that each printer will perform differently even compared to another of the same model.

How to use and download these profiles
- Click on your desired profile
- In the 'file download' popup window, select 'Save'
- Save the file to the appropriate directory, see below
